Intellia Therapeutics to Present Data at the European Society of Gene & Cell Therapy Congress

CAMBRIDGE, Mass., October 15, 2016 – Intellia Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTLA), a leading genome editing company focused on the development of potentially curative therapeutics using CRISPR/Cas9 technology, announced that members of its scientific team will present new data at the European Society of Gene & Cell Therapy Congress (ESGCT) in Florence, Italy from October 18-21, 2016. Abstracts will be available online at esgct.eu on October 17, 2016.

“The data being presented at ESGCT show Intellia’s continued progress with its CRISPR/Cas9 platform,” said John Leonard, M.D., chief medical officer, Intellia Therapeutics. “These findings are important as we learn more about CRISPR/Cas9 and move toward clinical studies in patients.”
