Graft-Versus-Host Disease (GvHD)
Also known as GvHD. Condition in which a bone marrow or stem cell transplant or allogeneic cell therapy view the recipient’s body as foreign, and the donated cells attack the recipient’s body.
The engineering used to create NTLA-5001 is expected to result in lower reactivity against unwanted targets on normal tissues that could lead to toxicities, including GvHD.
