How you will Achieve More with Intellia:
As Associate Director, GXP Training your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
providing quality oversight and strategic direction to the GXP Training system
developing, continuously improving and implementing procedures, training materials/assessments and ways of working.
assisting functional area heads in the development and maintenance of both role based curricula and training delivery/materials to support GxP activities.
keeping and reporting on established Training system key performance indicators.
evaluating the learning needs of individuals, functions and the organization
identifying, assessing and managing risks/trends, recommending mitigation strategies to quality management.
Supporting New Hire training.
You will possess a Bachelor’s degree in the Arts or Sciences with a minimum of 9 years biopharma experience at least six years in training and experience with Learning Management enterprise systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. You will have strong leadership qualities including: innovation, collaboration and striving for results.

You’ll be joining an exceptional team which collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop innovative therapies which bring hope to patients and their families. You will report to the Director, Quality Assurance. You’ll be supported as you bring your specific talents and suggestions to continuously develop our quality processes and ways of working to allow us to accelerate the progress of our clinical assets through development.
The team is currently working virtually. We do have plans to return into the Cambridge MA office, tentatively we are scheduled to return in January 2022. Although in a virtual environment, the Quality team has made it a priority to continue to foster a sense of community among the group. Intellia has led the charge and designed a robust virtual onboarding experience since the start of the pandemic.
