How you will Achieve More with Intellia:
The Associate Director, Data Analytics and Management is an integral part of the leadership team for the Data Analytics and Management and Development Operations. They are a vital team member for operational excellence in partnership with Biostatistics, Clinical Operations, Statistical Programming, and other Global Development functions. They provide day to day oversight and/or coordination for the Data and Analytics project management, medical coding, data systems and quality, implements program and study data strategies and oversees the coordination of data deliverables. In this opportunity, your primary responsibilities will include:
Ensures that adequate resourcing is available to meet milestones and performance/quality requirements across all drug programs.
Partners within Development Operations to ensure a consistent and comprehensive data strategy is implemented and followed. Partners with cross-functional teams (including CRO Team members) to ensure excellence in all aspects of clinical trial data acquisition and reporting as well as other functions to collaborate on work streams and initiatives that impact all of Development Operations.
Supports all Data Analytics and Management processes, standards, templates. Implements and follows best practices, defining or creating fit for purpose approaches to meet program specific needs.
Manages, coaches, and supports staff in order to develop and maintain excellence.
About You:
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced Biotech environment, have a combination of experience across study, program, and functional levels within Data Management, then this could be just the job for you! Do you have the following?
8-10 years relevant work experience in a leadership position within an organization with a focus on data management and analysis
Deep understanding of drug development and biopharmaceutical industry preferred; including all industry standards and guidances.
Strategic and critical thinking to drive direction of Dev. Operations
Ability to effectively lead and collaborate with various business functions and external stakeholders, including implementing process change at a vendor
Extensive knowledge of clinical data management outsourcing with full-service, global CROs and FSPs
Ability to successfully implement change management and lead others through change
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Meet your future team:
This role will report directly to the Director, Data Analytics and Management (DAM). As part of the greater Development Operations team, the Data Analytics and Management group and will continue to expand as our clinical trial portfolio of work and associated data responsibilities increase. The Data Analytics and Management team members bring an extensive range of experience and knowledge to the clinical development process. As a key member of this team, you will join a group of passionate individuals who enjoying working with one another. In addition to the DAM and Development Operations team, you will have the opportunity to be a part of the larger group of people under the CMO, which is comprised of: Clinical Development, Regulatory and Biometrics.
While the team is currently working virtually, we are tentatively planning a return to the office in September. Although in a virtual environment, the group and the Intellia organization has made it a priority to continue to foster a sense of community. This includes team all-hands meetings, virtual happy hours, game nights, and more! You can expect to join a hardworking, collaborative environment driven on bringing potential new therapies to patients and their families.
