How you will Achieve More with Intellia:
As the Helpdesk Manager, you will lead and manage the Desktop Support team including selection, mentoring, training, feedback, and performance evaluations. Day to day, you will focus on exemplary customer service to internal users, collaborating on department wide remediation efforts. Other responsibilities include:
Monitoring and analyzing daily, weekly, monthly, and YTD reports and stats to report on progress, trends and develop business solutions.
Providing escalation support to Desktop Support Engineers.
Meeting regularly with management to identify issues and concerns. Identify opportunities and present possible solutions for improved efficiencies with a comprehensive plan and pricing.
Collaborating with internal partners like HR and Operations to implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency
Creating detailed documentation indicating system standards, necessities, operations, and protocols.
Partnering with HR Team, other departments and MSP to improve the onboarding and offboarding process.
About You:
Do you describe yourself as a critical thinker, results and detailed oriented, and effective at managing multiple priorities? If so, we encourage you to apply. The ideal candidate will have managerial experience with a Bachelor’s degree preferred. You should be able to demonstrate troubleshooting a wide range of technical problems.

The IT team is a dynamic, energetic, and passionate group of 11 individuals. You will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Infrastructure and Operations. This hiring manager oversees the Desktop Support group and System Administrator group.
