How you will Achieve more with Intellia:

We are excited to welcome this new member to our growing team and company. In this position, you will have the opportunity to play both a strategic and hands-on role in helping lead three key areas within HR Operations: Process Development, HR Analytics & Reporting, and Systems Leadership.  

Here is some of the exciting work that you will have the opportunity to do:

  • You will be a strategic leader and owner of our HR processes, data flow, analytics, and security.

  • An opportunity to develop an HR systems roadmap and communication strategy for how HR interacts with key stakeholders both internally and externally.

  • Utilizing HR SharePoint to develop and maintain our document retention strategies and processes.

  • In collaboration with the legal department and other key stakeholders, you will be the project owner to evolve Intellia’s HR policies (e.g. sexual harassment, leaves of absence, time and attendance, etc.)

  • Partnering with Finance to both monitor and report on the HR budget, and provide analysis of our total spend which includes: resource plans, budget planning, and overall tracking.

  • Being the lead for all aspects of the Workday system which includes: partnering with the TA Operations team on recruiting configurations, managing the external support vendor relationships, mapping out a plan for how various systems communicate with Workday, and performing simple systems configurations that do not require escalation.

  • As Intellia’s HR analytics and reporting leader, you will be responsible for playing both a strategic and tactical role in the development of reliable and timely workforce data and dashboards for groups such as: HR, Finance, and the Executive Leadership team.

  • Ownership over the submission of governmental reporting (EEOC, VET, etc).

  • You will be looked to for assistance, training, and mentorship within the HR team on various tools and project management practices.

About You:

  • Experience supporting the Workday HCM

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, planning, organizational, and project management skills

  • A passion for asking questions and figuring out efficient solutions to problems cross-functionally

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Proficiency with the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)

About Your Future Team:

The Total Rewards team is a self-motivated and lively group, with an innate curiosity to learn. You will report to the Director, Total Rewards. This team leads various important elements of the Human Resources department including: compensation, HR operations, benefits, and immigration. While a lean team of 3, you will work closely with the larger HR department, made up for 15 individuals (and growing!)

The team is currently working virtually, but we do have plans to return into the Cambridge MA office once it is safe to do so.. Although in a virtual environment, the Human Resources team has made it a priority to continue to foster a sense of community among the group. This includes virtual social hours, team all hands meetings, game nights, and more! You can expect to join a hardworking, collaborative environment. The team has led the charge and designed a robust virtual onboarding experience since the start of the pandemic. During the pandemic to date, the group has successfully onboarded 5 new hires in Human Resources alone!
