How you will Achieve More with Intellia:
This Program Manager will support Learning & Development’s ability to deliver on our strategic priorities including delivery of distance learning programs, instructor-led programs, and other identified training opportunities and methodologies. Core competencies include ease working with groups of all sizes and at all levels in the organization, excellent facilitation skills grounded in adult learning theory and practice, instructional design methods, and the ability to design and develop training materials and supporting collateral as necessary. In this unique role, you will have the opportunity to partner with the head of L&D to design and deliver high-impact programs and learning interventions in many cases from the ground up.

Possess strong facilitation skills that can be leveraged strategically for chosen L&D delivered solutions including:
Flawless delivery of existing New Hire Orientation (NEO) program; and
Delivery of existing and potential new programs such as Manager Bootcamp, Insights Discovery, Manager Connect Calls, Leadership Forums, etc.
Program & Project Support:
Act as a team member of and/or lead prioritized L&D strategic efforts
Possess knowledge of training program design and delivery methods
Support administration and execution of offerings

The Learning & Development team reports up through HR and is truly seen as a strategic partner to the business. The L&D function is relatively new and evolving; there is a lot of room for growth and development in this role. We take pride in creating simple, scalable, and measurable training interventions that help increase the capabilities of our employees and ultimately the ability to meet our business goals and objectives. We achieve this through maintaining ongoing familiarity with best practices and innovations to stay on the cutting edge of Learning and Development, Career Development, and Performance Management disciplines.
