How you will Achieve More with Intellia:
As Process Owner for the Documentation and Training quality systems your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Developing, continuously improving and implementing procedures, training materials and ways of working.
With functional area managers, you will develop and maintain role-based curricula and training materials to support GxP activities.
You will establish and report key performance indicators for both systems.
You will routinely identify, assess and manage risks, recommending mitigation strategies to quality management.
You will support investigations with potential to impact product quality/patient safety; assess proposed changes for impact; and establish and maintain the Record Retention Schedule for GxP documents and records.
You will possess a Bachelor’s degree in the Arts or Sciences with a minimum of 7 years biopharma experience; at least five years in documentation management or training; and experience with Documentation Management and Learning Management enterprise systems. Also, your experience would include managing people. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. You will have strong leadership qualities including: innovation, collaboration and striving for results.

You’ll be joining an exceptional team which collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop innovative therapies which bring hope to patients and their families. You will report to the Director, Quality Assurance. You’ll be supported as you bring your specific talents and suggestions to continuously develop our quality processes and ways of working to allow us to accelerate the progress of our clinical assets through development.
The team is currently working virtually. We do have plans to return into the Cambridge MA office, tentatively we are scheduled to return in September 2021. Although in a virtual environment, the Quality team has made it a priority to continue to foster a sense of community among the group. Intellia has led the charge and designed a robust virtual onboarding experience since the start of the pandemic.
