How you will Achieve More with Intellia:
We are very excited to welcome a Manager, HR Business Partner to our Human Resources team. In this newly created role that reports to the Senior Director, HR Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of 3 HRBP's, gaining exposure to each of Intellia's client groups. You will be a critical part of a broader team that designs, develops, and delivers high-impact initiatives across the organization, including performance management, career development, organizational design, and employee engagement. You will have opportunities to impact our HR programs and processes as we continue to strive towards scalability and optimization. Here are some of the key responsibilities of this role:
Support the preparation and execution of promotion and performance rating alignment processes
Provide dynamic consultations to employees and managers regarding HR programs, performance management, talent development, and triage general HR questions or issues
Complete new hire check-ins to ensure effective team member integration and also conduct exit interviews upon employee exit to gather relevant information and identify possible trends
Partner with our compensation team and the business in the development and execution and maintenance of career ladders, ensuring that Intellia's talent has a roadmap for professional development
Partner with HR operations to use reporting & analytics to provide insights to the HR Business Partners and business leaders, enabling informed decision-making and continuous improvement
Support the planning and execution of programs and projects that contribute to our commitments towards diversity, equity, and inclusion

The Human Resources team is a self-motivated and lively group, with an innate curiosity to learn. The HR Business Partner group is made up of three senior HRBPS and we are eager to coach and mentor someone looking to grow their career as an HRBP. While we take our commitment to our client groups seriously, we don’t take ourselves too seriously. The HR team is planning a hybrid schedule when returning to the Cambridge office in January 2022. While in a virtual environment, the team has made it a priority to continue to foster a sense of community among the group. This includes virtual happy hours, team all-hands meetings, game nights, and more! You can expect to join a hardworking, collaborative environment.
