How you will Achieve More with Intellia:
As QA Training Lead your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Developing, implementing, and continuously improving procedures and corresponding training materials and ways of working
Assist in the development and maintenance of role-based curricula and training materials to support GxP activities
Track and report on key performance indicators of the training system
Identify, assess, and manage risks, recommending mitigation strategies to quality management
Support new hire training
Do you have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of biopharma experience; 3 years in training; and experience with Learning Management enterprise systems? Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role. Leadership qualities such as innovation, collaboration and striving for results will make you successful as our Quality Assurance Training Lead.

You’ll be joining an exceptional team that collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop innovative therapies which bring hope to patients and their families. You will report to the Director, Quality Assurance, who (along with the rest of the team) will support you as you bring your unique talents and experiences to the table, suggesting new ideas that continuously develop our quality processes and ways of working to allow us to accelerate the progress of our clinical assets through development.
The team is currently working virtually. We do have plans to return to the Cambridge MA office, tentatively we are scheduled to return in January 2022. Although in a virtual environment, the Quality team has made it a priority to continue to foster a sense of community among the group. Intellia has led the charge and designed a robust virtual onboarding experience since the start of the pandemic.
