How you will Achieve More with Intellia:
As a Sr. Manager Project Management in Tech Ops Analytical Development, you will join the Analytical Development team within the Technical Operations group and embrace the opportunity to transform amazing sciences and technologies into powerful cures. As a Manager/Sr. Manager Project Management, you will drive timelines and ensure key analytical development/CMC milestones are met while outlining risks and putting risk mitigations into place.
As a Manager/Sr. Manager Project Management Tech Ops/Analytical Development, you will represent Analytical Development and be responsible for building working relationships with members of the Analytical Development and Quality teams as well as project sub-teams to plan, schedule, monitor and control the execution of project activities. You will independently address key program risks by managing ad hoc teams to develop solutions for decisions and risk mitigation plan implementation
Implement project management best practices to ensure on-time completion of milestones in fulfillment of corporate objectives
Apply advanced project and program management tools and techniques for issue and risk management: identification, mitigation, and escalation through the established project governance model.

Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred; degree in biological or chemical sciences preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of project management experience in the biotech and pharma or related industries
PMP certification is desirable
Substantial experience in building and maintaining project plans using Microsoft Project is required.
Candidate must be comfortable working with high-performing cross-functional teams and have an ability to engage and motivate teams to address mission-critical problems.

The Analytical Development team is a group of energetic, brilliant, fun and motivated individuals. This group is responsible for developing robust and innovative analytical methods to support internal and external manufacturing processes. We support Intellia’s clinical programs as well as in vivo and ex vivo emerging pipelines.
You will report to the Senior Director, Analytical Development. She loves to see people grow and develop and looks forward to learning from your experiences and building the team together with you.
