Intellia participates in one-on-one mentoring with STEM students to provide guidance, shadowing opportunities, and career advice.

Intellia supports OUTBio, the biotech industry’s largest LGBTQ professionals group, which hosts monthly events with a mix of networking and a variety of relevant topics. We are also excited to support the 1st annual OUTBio LGBTQ+ STEM Scholarship Program, intended to encourage LGBTQ+ young adults to seek a career in STEM disciplines.
